In partnership with our friends at Mill Farm, Chef Oli Kahan presents a beautiful menu designed with cider pairings in mind. Expect the unexpected!
Rosary ash goats cheese with braised chicory,
red grapes and candied walnut
With Twisted Misty Cider
Cold pressed chicken leg and aromatic herb terrine, cashew crème and skin crisp
With Twisted sunset Cider
Warm maple ham hock with rhubarb compote and roasted peanut With Twisted Lemonade Cider
Venison burger, brioche bun and
chargrilled courgette and cherry relish
With Twisted Bubblegum Cider
Classic bread and butter pudding with warm sauce anglais With Twisted Spiced Cider (served warm)

We are excitedly offering, for the first time, a cider tasting menu in complement to the dining menu. More details on the food and ciders can viewed on the menu. Roll on the sunshine for May; we are very excited to be hosting this dining event in the dutch barn!
The ethos of the dining society is based upon community and a shared food experience using carefully selected local ingredients. We regularly invite local suppliers to be a part of the dining experience and welcome them to say a little about their produce on offer. Based in Longburton, a short distance from Bradford Abbas, we are pleased to welcome Twisted Cider to the Mill Farm Dining Society.
For those in the know, it promises to be an evening of wonderful food, cider and laughter amidst the relaxed country surroundings at Mill Farm.
